No, thanks for the guesses, but no where close. You might get it if you really closely at the eyes, but this one is hard. Additional clue: redhead.

I thought Clara Bow for a second, but the eyes actually threw me for a loop, since all I could see was Roscoe in them.

I can see what you mean by saying Roscoe, but this person looked nothing like him as an adult. (And this is a female, for the record.)
