Well, I found this very watchable. I like this guy! This is called A Louisiana Thanksgiving with Chef John Folse, from 1989. This was actually very interesting, especially the scripted parts.

Dang it. Went to check it out, and I can't read it without a subscription. (I've reached my limit for the month of free articles :? )

Oops! :oops: :oops: I was reading this thread in one tab and the Mr. Rogers thread in another. For some reason I replied to the wrong thing in the wrong tab. I meant I couldn't access the NY Times article on Fred Rogers.

No wonder you were confused. :? That's what I get for slinging them internets around too fast. :)
