This is one I need to remember, as I never seem to get around to all the things I want to do. I really think it's true that energy and motivation come with doing, not the other way round. :)

I always picture picture Danny Kaye when Hangs Christian Andersen is brought up.

I didn’t realize he’d starred in that biopic until I looked it up. I’ll bet he was good in that rôle. [Notice quaint spelling :) Have you ever noticed that in old books? You also sometimes see hôtel and coöperate.]

Yup! I definitely noticed that! 🙂 Regarding the umlaut over the o, I never fail to see a surprised face.

Yes, rather a primitive emoticon. :) Also we have to-day and to-morrow. I think those were still being used in the movie magazine days, weren't they?
