I don't think I've heard this song before. I love it! It reminded me of this song by Gayle McCormick (the tunes aren't similar but there is a similar vibe, though Gayle is the only one singing here) called If Only You Believe (1971):

Oh man, I like that one! There is a similar vibe indeed. And also a very similar style of arrangement in the background. There's something that's very distinctive about that type of early 70's sound. I can't put my finger on it, but you hear it in a lot of the TV themes of that time, too. Also, this is actually the first time I've heard of Gayle McCormick.
Here is an English translation of the lyrics of Eres Tu. Isn't this beautiful?
Like a promise, you are,
Like a summer morning
Like a smile, you are
Like that, like that, you are
All my hope, you are
Like fresh rain in my hands
Like a strong breeze, you are
Like that, like that, you are
[Chorus:]
You are like the water of my source
You are like the fire of my home
You are like the flame of my fire
You are like the wheat of my bread
You are
Like a poem, you are
Like a guitar in the night
My whole horizon, you are
Like that, like that, you are

Here's another one I found by the Spanish duo Sergio y Estíbaliz who were former members of Mocedades. Tu voleràs (You Will Return). Another really nice song.

She reminds of of a girl I grew up with. She was kind of a hippie chick. So was I, in a way. ☮

Yes, she did look like a hippie chick when she was younger. Hippie chicks are groovy. ☮

Yes, that's a classic! Nice to see the band members perform it, too.
What really makes that song to me is the chord progression in the chorus (:22-:38).

Love this song from Dan Fogelberg's Netherlands album, Scarecrow's Dream.
