Komedy Kingdom

This is really a delightful and refreshing show!! Only 15 minutes long, here's the episode I listened to so far.

I listened to it. That was pretty good, especially the music! It started out kind of oddly, but got better quickly. And it was nice to hear from our old friend Morey Amsterdam again.

Looking back at the date (1937), I was surprised to learn this wasn't from later; the vocal arrangements sounded like they could have been from the '40's. I've noticed that a lot of the comedy shows from the old days really had some outstanding musical talent, and this one is no exception.

Thanks for posting!

This show has some really fun music. Around 6:50 is when Harlem Break-em-down plays.

Yes, it does. :) I had a little trouble understanding some of the comic Yiddish dialect in the middle, though I got the main drift.
