Yes, the kind with the fold-out handles like this. They're apparently still around, but I guess they've been largely replaced by styrofoam ones.

Yes, and a couple of odd things. Kids would be in cars with their parents, so wouldn't their parents shush them if they couldn't hear the movie? And did you notice they were some random continuing rude sounding voices underneath the rest of the ad?
