The comic actor Douglas MacLean visits Harold Lloyd on the set of Lloyd's comedy short "High and Dizzy." I'm think I'm getting high and dizzy just looking at this. :)

By the way, Ben Model has a new Kickstarter going to make a dvd of some of the mostly forgotten MacLeans' extant features. That's where I got this photo.

I would guess in Los Angeles. The street looks similar to the one in Safety Last.
