Oh! I never talked about Polly and Spark? It's an amazing book from 1916 that I got a couple months ago and loved it to death. I will make a blog post about it and post pictures of the pages. It's such a delightful book. It's in first person narrative by Polly the parrot. Spark is a bull terrier friend of hers who lives in the house.
