Wow, that's striking an unusual, isn't it? What's with the petticoat (is that what you call it?) hanging out the bottom? And the skyscraper hat? Was there any information with the photo?

There wasn't any info with the photo, (it was a Marie Claire article that I got the photos from).

With much searching, I found the source. It was on Getty.

Thanks for the info! :D It's certainly striking, that's for true. Actually it is pretty attractive aside from the hat, which to me is a little too witchy looking. :roll: :)
