Wondering if this is real or not (I think not), I did a Google image search and got some really odd results—most of which seem to be missing persons ads. Hmmm...?

I did a quick search before I posted this, and didn't come up with much. I now see that you're right, because on the very bottom under the photo it says "If you or someone you know is addicted to marijuana, call Dominos at (215) 712-1000, rent a tape, and enjoy!"
What a relief! It seems, anyway, that this would be way too late to be a deterrent point.

I wonder if anyone actually did this? The final issue was in 1943. Can you imagine if they had to shut down before that? I wonder if they would have given back the difference to those who did... If that had happened.

Odd... :) I was confused when first reading this, and thought they were talking about a magazine subscription taken out for Santa Claus. Then I figured out the publication was called St. Nicholas. Why? Was the whole thing about Santa??
