I thought it was Family Video for some reason. I originally saw it on Twitter, and I guess I saw a comment talking about Family Video. Now THAT is one I've heard of! This article about Family Video (not Video Biz) is fascinating.

That's a really nice article. I had no idea a video chain still existed. This one has been amazingly resilient. I think there are probably a lot of lessons to be learned there for anyone starting or maintaining a chain of stores. I wish them the best!
