I can see the resemblance, but no, it's not her :D

I don't have a guess at this point, but that face really looks characteristic, somehow. And yes, there is something distinctly Clara Bow-ish there.

A hint? Is this a silent actress?

No, it's not Earhart nor Davis. Kitty was closer in her guess, as this person worked in the entertainment industry.

No, not Hepburn. She did play in some movies, but that wasn't the entertainment field she was mainly known for.
