The Lost World (1925) newly restored!

A new restoration of "The Lost World" is premiering this week at the San Francisco Silent Film Festival and will be released by Flicker Alley in September. Info here:

Oh that is good news for people, I saw it many years ago and really liked it then. I thought the special effects for the time were very good. I like stop motion animation. Think Ray Harryhausen.
We didn't need dialogue. We had faces!

Yes, and Harryhausen was essentially Willis O'Brien's disciple.
