I don't think coffee should be given to kitty cats. Read the tiny words on the bottom left. All kidding aside, this is an interesting ad.

The cat was sleepy because it was morning, when she drinks coffee she is bright and bushy tailed. The light thing is instructions for the person holding the advertisement to put it up to the light so we can see her open her eyes. Only the first picture is the ad. The image is a before and after putting the ad up to the light.
