Yes, think it is, because I can see other brand names of the same thing. My guess is it's just mica ground up into small particles to give a shiny effect like when sprinkled over white, cottony material. I tried to find a photo of what it would look like applied, but couldn't.

I remember when I was a child that we used to have a Christmas tree skirt made out of white batting-like material with kind of like colored glitter like pieces sprinkled onto it. It must have been something like that.

So this is where it all started. :D That's an interesting ad. It looks like the artists drawing up the ad didn't have full information on the characters yet. Notice how Rudolph looks completely different. And the narrator Snowman looks a little different, too. Doesn't he have more of a defined goatee?

That looks somewhat like the head elf, you know the one who's always fretting about the elves underperforming. I don't remember if he has a name.

That G on General looks unusual, doesn't it? I don't think I've ever seen it that way.
