From an early Macy's Thanksgiving Parade. I tried to find what character this is, but could not. I guess maybe it's just a generic balloon?

Yes, pretty fancy looking clock for this setting. I wonder what the women in the back are doing. They appear to be emptying bottles into a pan. Quality control?
