Jerry Maren Dies at 98

Jerry Maren was the last surviving Munchkin from The Wizard of Oz (1939). He was part of The Lollipop Guild. He is the one in green that hands the lollipop to Dorothy. He passed away in May, over a week ago.

Really sad to hear about this. Last living link to The Wizard of Oz, and I also enjoyed his work in some other things. He was a regular in one of my favorite shows from 1982, the short-lived comedy "No Soap, Radio."
