This is a weird one. Ken is having conversations with visions. I worry about Ken. Maybe his new found photography hobby will straighten him out.

I recognize Ken’s mother as Alice Ghostly, ubiquitous on TV back during the 60’s (most notably on Mayberry RFD).

He'll probably capture ghosts and UFOs on his camera

Here is a teaching film from 1915, Edison's The Wonders of Magnetism. I have a copy on dvd (in the Edison set) that has a nice piano score (by Ben Model, I believe), but this one lacks a score. Disclaimer: You have to really like instructional films to dig this one, and it helps to be a nerd, too. I do, and I am. 8-)

Here's an interesting one. It's another look into the minds of authority back in the day. This one is from 1976, A Self Image Film-If Mirrors Could Speak. It's wrong on many levels, particularly the poor little sad clown. Kids of that age are never sad for no reason. Obviously the poor child has problems at home. The rest of it isn't so bad, although still not very understanding of how a child's emotions are. Apparently some adults think that a child is developed enough to think and act like adults.

Here's another Mcgraw-Hill Textbook film with the open ended question. This one is entitled The Trouble With Women. Brad's clearly got lady issues, which reflects in this short film. One can only say rude things when answering the final question. "What is Brad's problem?"

This one is an odd one about The Joy of Fragrance, put out by Avon. (How'd ya guess?) This video wants you to bathe in it, spray it in your closet, put it in your hair, spray it on your pillows. Oh, don't forget the kiddos, because little girls have to smell nice too, what with all that rolling in the mud and such!
There wasn't an equal transfer of this on youtube, so I'll just leave the archive.org link again. All of the ones on youtube were blurry.

A little instructional film about a teenager and mother making a pretty nasty concoction of tuna 'rarebit' on the stove to serve on rye toast. Not my cup of tea at all! Let's Make A Sandwich, 1950.
