I'm going to really try to be in touch with this season and enjoy it. I even dressed up in a autumn inspired outfit today for work!

This is my favorite month of the year—crisp, cool air, beautiful fall colors, clear deep blue sky, chilly nights, Halloween, new crop of apples, a new OFA (Old Farmer's Almanac, that is)...those are a few things that come to mind offhand.

Happy October! It's not going to get truly cold here until late in the month (the shiver worthy temps hit just before Halloween, for some reason), so it still feels like summer to me, but without the melt your face off temps

I'm looking forward to the month as well. I've got a six foot tall rotten pumpkin head skeleton on my porch along with a big ghost. And I might add more as the month progresses.
