That's really cool. For me Russian is really fascinating to listen to, though my understanding of it is scant. One of my favorite sound films is Ingrid Bergman's first picture, Munkbrogreven (The Count of the Old Town) made in 1935 in the years before she immigrated to the US. Here's another Colleen poster, this time for Naughty But Nice (1927). I'd say this was done by John Held Jr., but for the life of me I can't find his signature, which he was insistent on adding because of copycats. I guess this is just a good imitation then.
