I really like this cool full color Kodachrome test film from 1922. What a beautiful green that is! I wish there was more.

You trying to tell me you didn't hear that shriek? That was something trying to get out of its premature grave, and I don't want to be here when it does. - Phantom of the Paradise (1974)

The colors appear very soft and pastel-like, don't they? These are obviously thoroughly expert professional models—it's interesting to see their expressions and the poses the strike.

Re: Kodachrome Test Film 1922
I thought that perhaps the mother and child might be Claire Windsor and her then 6 year old son, but it turns out Claire's Kodachrome segment looks totally different. And upon further searching her hair was already short in 1922, anyway. Even the Library of Congress lists the model and child as unidentified.
The models are listed at the LOC link as follows:

Someone on the YouTube video listed the women as follows:...Agnes Ayres, Guy Bates Post, Virginia Brown Faire, Wanda Hawley, Gloria Swanson, Alice Calhoun, Mary Eaton, Mae Murray, May McAvoy, Claire Windsor, Mabel Palmer, Constance Binney, Shirley Mason, Lois Wilson, Mildred June, Lila Lee, Billie Dove, and Hope Hampton...
It's definitely not Mary Pickford and Jackie Coogan, and the one right after the boy looks nothing like Esther Ralston. I think Hope Hampton is the woman at the beginning though. Apparently she's in costume for The Light in the Dark, but unfortunately I can't find it skimming through the film (which is a truncated version, anyway).1st actress: Hope Hampton (1897-1982), 2nd: Mary Eaton (1901-1947, alcoholism obvious even here), 3rd: Mary Pickford (1892-1979). Now we know her Little Lord Fauntleroy costume was green. She would win Best actress Oscar in 1929 for "Coquette", and a Lifetime Achievement Oscar in 1976. Boy: Jackie Coogan (1914-1984). 4th: Esther Ralston (1902-1994), The last woman is the oldest: May Murray(1885-1965), 37 when this was made,
