Actually, the people on the silent movie Facebook page helped me out a lot. I'll post what I've learned soon.

Wow! That's an amazing picture! Isn't it so great that even though we can't actually watch them in motion, we have so many stills of lost photoplays?

OoOoOoh! How pretty! I wonder if this came out around Christmas time? It's got that color scheme going on.
