Depends on whether I'm sitting behind her in the theatre. :D

Actually, I like the style of it, but the diameter seems a little excessive. Nice photo, though.

It's very Hello Dolly-esque!

Yes, I've seen that one somewhere before—a really nice photo.

Here is an interesting group shot of silent stars at some point past the silent era. Would 1936 in the caption be the date? Looks about right, based on ages and clothing, though a lot of these I'm not familiar with.

That's a cool photo! Many of the names I only know from being pictured and/or mentioned in Motion Picture Story. Which ones are you not familiar with? I'll do a bit of research and see if there are photos in there of them younger.

Actually, the only ones I *am* familiar with, I believe, are Mae Marsh, Maurice Costello, Betty Compson, Francis X. Bushman, Esther Ralston, and Rosemary Theby. A couple of other names sound vaguely familiar...

Not sure if I've ever seen this one, but Theda is always stunning!

Yes, that's a good one. I don't think I've seen it.

D.W. Griffith in action as he directs Henry B. Walthall with Billy Bitzer at the camera. The caption said this was from The Avenging Conscience (1914), but I'm thinking it may be from the short Death's Marathon (1912). I'll have to check to see if I can figure out which.
