Sometimes the Answers Man is kind of snarky, and it's very amusing to read these. This one was interesting, because of what they say here. People would write in and ask all the time "who was in what", "who was the lady wearing black and white in that Lubin... Or was it Selig... Maybe it was a Kalem picture".
This particular answer was interesting because it states there were ONE HUNDRED films a week. WHEW! How would one see them all? I guess they just wouldn't, especially since none of the theaters got every film.

That is amazing, indeed, that there were that many being turned out!
