I thought it would be fun to post this picture from a magazine (not sure which one) found on mediahistoryproject.org.
Guess who's who from their baby picture! I have answers, too.

Boy, most of those faces look vaguely familiar, but I'm not sure I can identify a single one. I'm going to guess Richard Barthelmess for the No. 12 - ?

I think you are right about #12 Donnie.

This is extremely hard and I have to get out and water stuff!!!

#7 looks like Bette Davis to me, but Bette is too young and not a "silent star". But I am almost pretty sure #5 is Gloria Swanson.

I thought #1 was Clara Bow, too, but it isn't.

I took another look at them--I don't think I can identify any more. But I have a feeling I will hate myself. I agree with Mrs D on Swanson for 5.

Ok, here are the answers! This really was a hard one. I'll admit that I didn't even recognize one or two names! I have tried to figure out which magazine this came from, but I haven't yet.

The only one I see I should have gotten is Blanche Sweet—it's obvious when you look at her closely. Bebe Daniels still looks more like Clara Bow in that photo, I think. And yes, there were at couple of names I didn't recognize there, either, and one or two more I know of but am not that familiar with.

That was a fun post. I like looking at pictures of famous people at an early age and trying to figure out who they are. Sometimes it's not easy even when they are older.

Crikey that was brutal! and #5 is a boy baby...sheeesh!

I've never even heard of House Peters, which is no surprise because I don't know nearly as many Silents Stars as you guys do.
