Behind the Door (1919)

Post by dachshundonstilts »

This film was just recently restored and released on Flicker Alley. Saw it last night. I don't want to give away spoilers for anyone who doesn't know the story (as I didn't), but man, it's pretty intense!

Hi dachshund! Nice to see you! Never heard of that one. I'll look for it.
You trying to tell me you didn't hear that shriek? That was something trying to get out of its premature grave, and I don't want to be here when it does. - Phantom of the Paradise (1974)

I read a little about it on Wikipedia—that does sound intense indeed!

Sorry I haven't been on the board lately. The past several weeks have been extremely busy for me. I should be able to drop by more often soon. ;)
