This short, Swing Cats Jamboree, is from 1938 and features Louis Prima and his band. If his voice sounds familiar, thirty-some years after this, he voiced a character in a well-known Disney movie of the '60s. Can you guess who?
This is the first I'd encountered of him and his act aside from that film. He was quite an entertainer.
