I've always loved this one by Todd Rundgren.

Today I searched for a new (to me) band that I could listen to. I found UFO. This song, called (Come Away) Melinda, is on their first album. It is pretty powerful.

I'm not sure if I've shared this one yet. Dan Fogelberg, Loose Ends on his Nether Lands album.

That's surprising! You should go on YouTube to listen to the album Nether Lands by Dan Fogelberg. It's got some good songs on it.

This one is by Bread called Mother Freedom.

Here's one of my favorite songs from the Kinks, Celluloid Heroes, from 1972. Also a fitting song for this forum :)

I thought I had posted this before, but couldn't find it. I LOVE this song, and had forgotten about it until I ran across it again a few minutes ago. From 1973, Eres Tu by the Spanish group Mocedades.
