What does Santa mean by: "Oh, can't any of you climb after him? If he reaches the top, we're lost." Do you get some sort of magical immunity once you reach the top of the pole?

Ah, man, how did that get past me?
Well, when I was typing that question, I had a feeling that the answer was somewhere there staring me in the face. I guess that's why. 
On the other question, someone on Reddit asked if there was really a candy-cane striped pole at the North Pole.
Answer: Yes, it's right outside Santa's workshop.

#14 is probably my favorite episode, mainly because of Queen Melissa and the Grand Wonky.
