Lucy shines in this Westinghouse electric commercial with Lucy and Desi. Desi is being his same naggy old self and Lucy is trying to shop for things to make her -- and ultimately his -- life easier.

You trying to tell me you didn't hear that shriek? That was something trying to get out of its premature grave, and I don't want to be here when it does. - Phantom of the Paradise (1974)
Re: Westinghouse
That's a good one. Judging from Lucy's hairstyle, I'm guessing that may have been done during the Lucy/Desi Comedy Hour time period rather than during the I Love Lucy series.
Re: Westinghouse
You're probably right!

Re: Westinghouse
I see the poster has it as 1958—that was during the LD Comedy Hour. I love those. Have you seen any of them? The ones with Milton Berle and with Ida Lupino and Howard Duff are favorites of mine. The one with Tallulah Bankhead is very funny, as well.
Re: Westinghouse
I don't think I have seen any of the Lucy-Desi comedy hour.

Re: Westinghouse
It was kind of like a continuation of I Love Lucy in the form of a series of specials, each one having a different well-known guest star. The plots tended to become more and more zany as the episode went along.
