Three interesting car dealer commercials from the early 50's. It's interesting the points that were picked to appeal to potential buyers. I'd sure buy a used car from Earle! The middle commercial is kind of strange. It would be rather embarrassing if they fell off those cars.

Remember Muzzy? I actually didn't watch those tapes, but I do remember the commercial!
I did the math, and $28.17 for 6 months is $169.02. Divide that between 4 tapes, and that comes to an astounding $42.25 each! I know tapes were expensive back then, but it still shocks me when I hear it in dollars.

Hey, I remember these commercials as a kid! I always had no idea what the tapes actually were other than cartoons for language learning.

This is my first time hearing of Muzzy. That price does sound high for videocassettes, doesn't it?
