Technically this is not a TV ad, but a drive-in theatre one. I guess these were generic ads any drive-in could show.
The coffee looks kind of like water coming out of the spigot, though it looks dark enough in the cup. You hardly ever see those paper cups with the little fold-out handles anymore. I guess the sleeves they put on the outside function for that now.
That's fascinating that it's just a generic drive in coffee ad.
By the way, all I could think of when the clip of the kids eating in the car went by was "Those brats are gonna get the car so nasty".
