I tried hunting a title with Royal Crowns and England. That didn't work either. I did find about ten million nice photos of Queen Elizabeth, though.

I vaguely remember some discussion about a possible symbolic meaning vis-à-vis the similarity between the distant people and the birds. Could be! But that reminds me of what is probably one of my top two or three favorite paintings of all time. Bruegel's Hunters in the Snow. I like to look at this one best during winter, but can't resist posting it now.
