Really? :) I've heard it all my life, though I didn't know where it comes from; apparently an old British expression, originally, and usually used in a joking way now.

That's another artist I've only vaguely heard of. I like his voice.

Here's something I dig (heavily). This is an instrumental section of The Who's Tommy, the Underture (1969). Great to listen to with the lights off If you want to zen out. :)
