Check out these cool photos of the Statue of Liberty during the construction phase. The top is the head on exhibit at the Paris World's Fair in 1878. The bottom is the unpacking of the face after its delivery to the U.S. on June 17, 1885.

Quite interesting. Those types of distortions are a really hard thing to understand. And he appears to be very intelligent, precise, and articulate in his speech, but the processing time is slowed way down—I guess that's part of the condition. I hope they were able to help him. :(
